Holistic Player Development
Mantis Management offers personalised, culturally grounded support that goes beyond contract negotiation. We focus on holistic player development, career planning, wellbeing, education, and life after sport. Unlike volume driven agencies, we invest deeply in each athlete’s journey.

Well-being and Life After Footy
At Mantis Management, we know footy isn’t forever, but your mana, skills, and potential go far beyond the field. That’s why we prioritise your overall well being, not just your playing career. We support our athletes with real life tools, financial literacy, personal development plans, mental health support, and connection to trusted career pathways. Whether it’s upskilling during the off season, building networks for post career opportunities, or making sure your support crew is looked after too, we’ve got your back. We're here to help you grow as a player and as a person, setting you up for long term success.

Success Stories
Mantis Management may be in its early stages, but our people aren’t. Members of our team have been instrumental in helping young Māori athletes, particularly from rural and under resourced areas like Northland, transition into top level NRL systems. One of our proudest achievements is seeing players who were once overlooked or on the wrong path now signed to thr NRL or elite development squads, thanks to wraparound support that focused on more than just athletic ability. We’ve helped young men navigate relocation challenges, build confidence off the field, and develop life skills that give them staying power in high performance environments. Through mentorship, real talk, and strategic guidance, our athletes are thriving not just as players, but as leaders in their whānau and wider communities. Their success is our why, and we’re just getting started.
